Job Description:
The Siebel Techno-Functional Sr. Consultant leads analysis, design, development and implementation of Siebel solutions that address people, process & technology needs of GBS clients. The Sr. Consultant applies understanding of business challenges and Siebel to develop process/technical solutions, leads Siebel teams, leverages deep technical knowledge and broad Siebel experience; effectively interacts with client representatives. Responsibilities include requirements definition, mapping & gap analysis; Siebel application design & prototyping; Siebel development including configuration, scripting, EAI / EIM, Actuate; Test scenario definition, script development & execution. Preferred candidates will have hands on experience with Siebel 8, experience as a team lead, technical and business analyst experience and experience in any of the following industries: Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals & Petroleum.

Bachelor's Degree
Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
English: Fluent
Preferred
At least 5 years experience in Leads development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
At least 5 years experience in Hands on configuration knowledge of CRM processes in Siebel
At least 3 years experience in Complex consulting/client management experience with Director level and above
At least 3 years experience in Hands-on developed deliverables defined by formal/structured methodology
At least 4 years experience in Experience articulating complex solutions and program benefits.
At least 3 years experience in Understanding of Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace and Defense, Chemicals and Petroleum
Certified in Siebel
