Job Description:
IBM Global Business Services is seeking PeopleSoft Functional Management Consultants to join their Oracle/PeopleSoft Practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience working on large scale implementations of PeopleSoft version (8.8) or higher. Candidates must have worked on a minimum of 1 Full Life Cycle implementation project. Candidates must have configuration skills in one or more of the core PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) or Financial modules. Candidates must have previous Management Consulting experience- preferably with a large Systems Integrator. Implementation Project Team Lead or Project Management experience is a big plus. Multiple successful client engagements Preferred. Experience following a structured implementation methodology and use of the Project Management tools are preferred. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
