Job Description:
In Application Innovation Services, the Executive Consultant for the Portals, Content and e-Commerce Practice develops new business opportunities for e-Commerce, leading to client acceptance of IBM terms and conditions for services delivery. They lead and support the sales and implementation of complex e-Commerce services engagements. They are expected to contribute to the growth of intellectual capital in the e-Commerce competency and to support the development of other consultants through participation in coaching activities.

Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years experience in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
At least 3 years experience in at least 4 full lifecycle, successful large-scale e-Commerce engagements involving technology, process, and organizational change initiatives.
Readyness to travel Up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
English: Intermediate
Preferred
Master's Degree
At least 5 years experience in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities
At least 4 years experience in at least 4 full lifecycle, successful large-scale e-Commerce engagements involving technology, process, and organizational change initiatives.
At least 4 years experience in e-Commerce Knowledge/Experience
At least 4 years experience in Business Development
At least 4 years experience in Relationship Management
At least 4 years experience in Consulting Sales Skills
At least 3 years experience in Mentoring and Coaching
At least 4 years experience in Complex Project Delivery
English : Fluent
