Job Description:
This role may take either a strategic or tactical view of a company's total business. They work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. They also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organisation enablement, or knowledge. They identify best practices and client performance gaps, if any. They use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develops comprehensive transformation recommendations.

Required

At least 4 years experience in designing and implementing Performance Reporting and Planning solutions for large multinational companies or major consulting firms within this solution area.

At least 4 years experience in managing large portions of complex BPM implementations as a Project Manager, Track Lead or Functional Solution Architect.

At least 2 years experience in leading full lifecycle implementations of new planning processes using a formal implementation methodology and software from leading vendors such as Cognos.

At least 4 years experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, preparing for and leading executive workshops

Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends

English: Fluent

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years experience in Cognos 8.

At least 2 years experience in traditional process improvement techniques such as business process reengineering and six sigma, applied within a BPM implementation is a plus.

At least 2 years experience in a large consulting organization.

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
